Chekhovskaya will be performing Mendelssohn's "Hear my prayer... O for the wings of a dove" with the University Philharmonic Orchestra and University Choir conducted by Dr. Eugene Rogers on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, 8PM at the historic Hill Auditorium.

Interesting fact: Hill Auditorium celebrates its 100th birthday this season. 

Winner of the Ann Arbor Friends of Opera Voice Competition

Saturday, February 2, 2013, Antonina Chekhovskaya was named the winner of the Friends of Opera Voice Competition. In addition to the award, Chekhovskaya will be represented by the Friends of Opera in a public recital that will be held sometime in late Spring at the Kerrytown Concert House.
