Moravian Master Class

In August, I will join the Moravian Master Class, an intensive 10-day program in Moravia, Czech Republic. The program will focus on Czech and German opera and vocal chamber music in the homeland of Janáček and Martinů, who spoke Czech, as well as native German speakers such as Mahler and Korngold.

My debut conducting an opera - Gianni Schicchi

Instead of singing as La Ciesca, I will now be conducting Puccini's Gianni Schicchi for the UM undergraduate Opera Workshop, staged by Robert Swedberg, with Kathryn Goodson at the piano. Thursday, April 12, 7:30 pm, and Friday, April 13, 8:00 pm, at the Stamps Auditorium, Walgreen Drama Center, Ann Arbor, MI. 

Scott's recital = Success

Scott's recital was great in every way! We had so much fun performing Dvorak's Gypsy songs! If you weren't there, you missed out! We were real gypsies :), colorful and bare footed.
